Please email us if you would like to return an unwanted item, items must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We can then offer you a refund or exchange. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. We reccomend you return items via registered mail so you have proof of dispatch incase items are lost. we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost/damaged during their return. Any import duties that arise for shipping or returned items will need to be covered by you. 

Damaged items: If your item is damaged upon arrival please contact us by email no later than 24hrs after you received your order with photographic evidence of the fault/damage. We cannot accept requests after the stated time of 24hrs.
